LEISA NATHAN

Leisa Nathan is the Managing Director of Ochre Business Solutions, an Auckland-based education provider delivering business and financial capability training since 2004. A Chartered Accountant with a strong advisory background, she leads a team dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through practical education in business entrepreneurship, financial literacy, home ownership, and governance.

 

Leisa has recently joined the board of Kakano Advisory Limited, a Māori-owned accounting firm based in Auckland, where she continues her commitment to culturally grounded, highquality financial leadership.

 

Through Ochre, she has helped over 7,000 individuals and mentored more than 1,000 business owners. Her work supports clients across government, iwi, hapū, and community organisations to start and grow businesses, reduce debt, avoid insolvency, and build financial resilience.
